3. License

Upon payment, NetLogics Solutions grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the AMC Quiz Lab content for personal use only.

4. Use Terms and Clipboard Access

To protect content integrity, amcquizlab.com and its applications may disable your clipboard functions (e.g., copy-paste, right-click, print, save) during use. We may monitor your device for software or actions that attempt to copy, capture, or duplicate content. Suspicious behavior may lead to account suspension or termination without refund. NetLogics Solutions reserves the right to prosecute such activities.

5. Access to Subscription Content

Access is limited to subscribed content only. Subscriptions cannot be paused or transferred. Use must occur within the active subscription period.

6. Orders and Payments

Financial information submitted during checkout is securely processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store credit card data. All transactions are confirmed via email upon successful payment.

7. Refund Policy

We strictly follow a no refund policy. Please use demo content before purchasing to ensure our services meet your needs.

8. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining your account credentials. Notify us immediately at support@amcquizlab.com if you suspect any unauthorized access.

9. Ownership

All content and intellectual property on amcquizlab.com is owned by NetLogics Solutions. This agreement does not transfer ownership rights to users.

10. Subscription Terms

Subscriptions start upon activation and run for the full period. Renewals are optional and subject to current terms. No suspensions or extensions are provided.

11. No Warranties

We do not guarantee performance on the AMC exam. Content is for educational purposes only. NetLogics Solutions is not liable for decisions based on our content.

12. Prohibited Use

You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or share content from amcquizlab.com. Violations will result in termination and potential legal action.

13. Account Sharing

Accounts are for individual use. Sharing or concurrent logins will result in account termination without refund.

14. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the subscription. We are not responsible for indirect or incidental damages.

15. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access for any breach of this agreement without refund. Legal remedies may be pursued.

16. Affiliation

NetLogics Solutions and amcquizlab.com are not affiliated with the Australian Medical Council (AMC) or any medical authority.

17. Copyright

All content is protected by copyright. Sharing or distributing our materials is prohibited unless expressly allowed.

19. Termination of Service

NetLogics Solutions may terminate services at its discretion. If this occurs without fault from the user, a refund will be issued minus processing fees.

20. Zero-Tolerance Policy

We will terminate any account immediately for abusive or inappropriate behavior. Refunds are at our discretion.

21. AMC Association

We are not officially associated with the AMC or its exams.
